Mr. Schultz is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) with over 12 years of experience in the Civil & Water Resources field.

Mr. Schultz is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) with over 12 years of experience in the Civil & Water Resources field.  During his time spent in graduate school, Mr. Schultz focused on the hydrologic, hydraulic and sediment transport modeling and field monitoring of stream restoration structures near bridges. Since his graduation from Bucknell University, he has worked on a variety of project types including dam removals, stream restoration, hydrology & hydraulics modeling, major/minor land development, municipal engineering, road improvement and various types of permitting (Stormwater, NPDES, ESCGP, GP, JPA, HOP and Mining). 

Outside of the office, he has performed construction supervision, inspections, soils evaluations/infiltration testing and geotechnical investigations for various types of projects. He has efficiently managed projects of varying sizes and provided supervision to junior staff to provide timely and accurate project deliverables.
