Mr. Frenya is a Civil & Water Resource Engineer with over 19 years of design and construction related experience.

Mr. Frenya is a Civil & Water Resource Engineer with over 19 years of design, permitting, and construction related experience.  He has designed various commercial, residential, industrial, and mining development projects, including the design of drainage and stormwater management facilities, utilities, sediment and erosion control plans, driveway and road design, and permitting (NPDES, ESCGP, GP, JPA, and HOP). 

He has provided construction observation, project management, and municipal engineering consultation. Mr. Frenya also assisted in the development of Countywide Act 167 Plans throughout various locations throughout Pennsylvania as being responsible for preparing hydrologic studies, data collection, and analysis as well as project management.

Mr. Frenya is licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He also is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
